General Saint (Clive Johnston) and Clint Eastwood (the DJ) were a popular dancehall duo in the 1980s. They were well-known for their energetic performances and a mix of toasting (spoken-word lyrics or chanting over a rhythm, a key feature of dancehall music).

Working with producers like King Jammy and Sugar Minott, two highly influential figures in the Jamaican music scene, their songs featured a unique blend of humour, storytelling, and social commentary, which resonated with fans.

Vibravoid Kraut Rock Sensation EP Fruits De Mer CRUSTACEAN 07 (2009) Another great slab of vinyl from the Fruits De Mer label featuring the band Vibravoid who hail from Dusseldorf, Germany. The original plan for the label was for long lost rock classics to be re-released however licensing the music was I assume very difficult and expensive so the label moved into having rare and classic rock being re-recorded as cover versions. Marion Ryan  (4 February 1931 – 15 January 1999)  was a popular British singer in the 50s & 60s, once called "the Marilyn Monroe of popular song".  Most of her output is referred to as run of the mill pop but the "A" side of a 1968 release, although not experiencing any chart success at the time, found acceptance during the 1970s on the Northern Soul dance scene. The US version was pressed on white vinyl.  The 45 was re-released on Third Man Records in 2010. The White Stripes wish you and yours a wonderful Christmas this, and every year.
